Administrative Law and Regulatory Law

Gabriel has over five years of experience in administrative and regulatory law consulting and litigation, for leading companies in the pharmaceutical, food, tobacco and supplementary health markets. He also accumulates experience in expropriation and administrative improbity lawsuits and in administrative proceedings before audit courts.

Gabriel has been lecturer in the Anticorruption Compliance Training Program for the Energy Sector of the Brazilian Institute of Oil, Gas and Biofuels, as well as visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg, Germany). In 2016, he completed the Academic Master’s Degree program in Regulation Law from the Rio de Janeiro Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He also concluded FGV’s extension course in Environmental Regulation of Energy, Mining and Infrastructure. He graduated in Law in 2010, by the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Gabriel is author of Administrative Efficiency in the Precedents of the Brazilian Supreme Court: critical analysis and concept proposal (FGV/Vermelho Marinho, 2018), among other published works.
